Nearly Me Warranty Information

When purchased through an authorized NEARLY ME® Dealer and with a prescription from a doctor, breast forms have a limited warranty against manufacturer’s defect. The warranties vary from 1 to 5 years depending on the product. (NEARLY ME TRADITIONAL Forms have the longest warranty.)

The warranty card that comes with the forms must be filled out completely and returned to Nearly Me Technologies. Nearly Me Technologies does not use this information to contact or advertise to customers. Your information is kept safe and private.

The warranty does not cover damage to the forms due to customer abuse such as puncturing. Please go over the warranty with your Certified Mastectomy Fitter and examine your breast forms thoroughly before you leave the store.
