Customer privacy is something we take very serious. We do not mail or phone customers with any catalogs or solicitation. All packaging is either a plain or Priority Mail box with no information or advertising. The return address sender is marked as Truekare LLC. We use only new and sturdy boxes with all flaps securely taped. Once you receive your package, you will not receive any other mailings from us.

From time to time Truekare sends information about sales and specials via email. The email is sent only to those who have signed up and specifically requested these emails.
Our email marketing is permission-based and we will only send you information relevant to what you signed up for.

We value your privacy and use a variety of security measures to protect your personal information.

General Website Privacy

We collect no information from visitors to our site.
When someone orders a product from us:
The financial information is collected and maintained by a third party, Paypal. Paypal sends us only the customers name, address, and product ordered. Paypal is the leader in online security. We never call a customer unless directly requested to do so.

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.

We collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit. The information we collect (number of visitors to our site, etc..) is used to improve the content of our Web page. The data collected contains no names or personal information about individual visitors to our site. We do not track any computers visiting our site.

Many of our competitors are using tracking cookies. A tracking cookie is a small code that is placed on your computer when you visit a website. The cookie is used to track where you visit for marketing purposes. Example: You visit site ABC and later you are on a news website and you notice an advertisement for site ABC. This is the result of a cookie that was placed on your computer. Truekare does not use cookies, we do not track our customers.

If we receive an individuals shipping address or email address due to a purchase or question to customer service. That address will only be used to ship the purchased product or (in the case of an email question) to answer the email question. We never mail or send future solicitations.

Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us if they specifically ask to be called.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

With respect to security: All financial information (Credit Card numbers) is managed by a third party, Paypal. We have no access to financial information.
