Which one should I choose? That's a good question. These are all great forms and the differences can be subtle. They are ALL extremely comfortable with the fabric backing.
MTT-0021F will give you a standard weight (feel more like a real breast) triangle breast form.
MST-0021F will give you a triangle form that is light weight.
MBT-0021 will give you a light weight triangle with a back you can shape or contour. The back moves like a bean bag... only softer.
